message for first login account

Would it be possible to show some message which the account is first login confluence, such as message,note..etc? Thank you.

Hello Hsu,

When a brand new account is logged into Confluence, the first page that appears is kinda of a "Welcome" page, which will ask you to upload a profile picture and also to choose a favorite space. This page just appears one time to you.

Actually, the URL that I'm talking about is the <confluence-url>/welcome.action.
