Dear

When confluence crash and got something wrong, is there tool which I can find out reason to analysis ? Thanks a lot.

Hi, Anderson!

You can find the logs here if Confluence is inaccessible:

  • <confluence-home>/logs/*
  • <confluence-install>/logs/*

And use the error entries to find out what's the problem.

You can also use the log analyzer, the instructions can be found here:
