latest version of Confluence on-prem

Hi,

We need to migrate confluence from On-prem to Cloud using Lift and Shift method. Hence we would need to upgrade the On-prem to latest version as we need to do migration through CCMA.

Can someone help with latest version of Confluence On-prem and how it can be upgraded?

You can always find the latest version of data center products on the download page: https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/download-archives

Upgrades depend on which version you're on now: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/upgrading-confluence-data-center-1507377.html

Pay close attention to your add-ons, particularly when upgrading to a new major version (8 to 9, for example). If you're fortunate, you'll only be upgrading minor versions (9.0 to 9.1) and can use zero-downtime upgrades, and your add-ons will probably be fine.
