lMy row settings do not contain the tabs like the tutorial

When I try to customize some of the settings in a row I do not get the features as seen in this tutorial: design options, background, effect..

Why don't I have these options?

This is not a forum for Visual Composer, it's for Atlassian applications.  I suggest you ask in a VC forum.
