I mean, I want to make a public intranet onfluence server but ask for password if anyone needs access visiting from internet?
something like:
if request is from ip range 192.168.1.xxx anonymous access to confluence pages
else ask for password
Hi Miguel,
It's not possible to password-protect pages if they are open to anonymous users.
If you're on Confluence server, you can use one of these workarounds:
Otherwise, you can have your server administrator configure your firewall to block access from certain locations.
Note that with any of these workarounds, you still won't be able to password protect the page if it's public.

Shannon
