inserting link in a confiform generated email to a JIRA ticket created through the ConfiForm macros

i am trying to create an intake form using the confiform macros, which upon submission creates a JIRA issue. then by utilizing the IFTTT capability sends an email to the requester and related parties that a JIRA issue has been created (giving the JIRA ticket number). my goal is to add a hyperlink to the JIRA ticket within this email but have been unable to find any documentation on how to go about it. any advice would be great!
