Dear All,

I exported some of the spaces from the Confluence Server to my local drive. I got several archives in a .zip.
Next I created a new account in Confluence Cloud. When I try to import archives into spaces, I get an error: Could not locate exportDescriptor.properties in the archive.

At the same time, there is no this file in the archives. How can I fix this error and perform a successful import?

Thanks in advance.

@ok soft Welcome to the Atlassian Community

I would suggest using the migration tool to get spaces from server to cloud.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf613/migrate-from-confluence-server-to-cloud-964961691.html

Unfortunately, the server with Confluence is already shut down and it is impossible to restore its functionality for the next migration. Is there a workaround to resolve this problem and import information directly from my archives?

What version of server is it?  I am not sure you can take backup and restore to cloud of individual spaces or even from a full backup.  If you have a full backup you could always restore to server and migrate.
