import data from self-hosted to cloud

Hello,

At the moment we are using the self-hosted version for Confluence Wiki. We would like to turn it into the cloud version. So we will purchase a new license for the cloud.

Can we migrate the data from the self-hosted database into the cloud? Is there anything we have to consider first?
