ical for new calendar is not recognized but works in other locations

I am trying to add a calendar (via subscription URL) but get an error that states "Specified calendar does not seem like iCalendar". However, when I use that same URL in my own calendar for example, as a subscribe to iCal it works fine. Screenshot attached. Any ideas? Have tried numerous times with no luck.
