iOS Safari wrong Login Prompt

Hi,

we are currently creating an intranet page to which all employees in the network should have anonymous access. If the employees do this from their iPhone with Safari (iOS 11 and 12), they always get a login screen.
The solution of deactivating the Mobile PlugIn is not successful.
We use the PlugIn Theme Press (Briket) and version 6.11 from Confluence.
It's not a solution to use the Confluence app, because the Confluence interface is adapted to our CI.
What do we have to do?

I believe you have seen this, but it's related to the following bug:

• CONFSERVER-43776 Confluence mobile version serves up login screen even when the anonymous access is enabled

 There's an additional workaround you hadn't mentioned, which is to use Firefox or Safari when browsing to the site. Can you confirm that you no longer receive the login screen when using one of those browsers?
