iCal Outlook Timezone is incorrect

timezone set in my confluence profile is same as my laptop and outlook application

i link my outlook calendar to my confluence calendar using ical method

when i create all day event on confluence, it does not show up in the same timeperiod on my local outlook. on my local, event starts on the previous day.

Could you check in your profile the timezone settings confluence.example.com/users/viewmysettings.action  ? 

If you set correct timezone in outlook and confluence, then it should start work.

my confluence timezone is correct.

i exported the ical from confluence and notice that it has a different timezone for the event that i have created. probably its using the confluence calendar timezone instead of my profile timezone
