i need to change the domain name url of my on demand confluence

i fat fingered the url for my doman for confluence on-demand

please change it to

3rd-gensolutions.atlassian.net

Hi David,

Currently we are unable to change OnDemand instance URLs. However you can follow the workaround found here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ONDEMANDKB/Changing+the+OnDemand+instance+URL+address

Essentially you'll be creating a new instance with the desired URL and moving your data to it. If this is the route you would like to take please raise a ticket as Ellen said so we can deactivate your old instance when your move is complete as well as shift your billing to the new one.
