Could you please follow below and check
Make sure that you are running the latest browser version, which is compatible with the cloud environment.
Clear the browser cache so that old information is cleared. For example, in Google Chrome.
Run the browser in incognito mode to see if this is affected by stored information on the browser.
Manually disable the extensions to avoid any of them possibly blocking the content from being loaded.
If the above doesnt work, please check with your admins if any of the products like Jira is deactivated due to billing or so, then you would to reach out to support to activate them
