I think you ended up in the wrong place. Here's the Atlassian community, where users, Atlassian Partners, and Atlassians gather to find solutions to their problems, get educated and stay up to date or just enjoy the friendly company of the community. We cannot grant you access to a private (or any) Confluence instance. Is that a customer of yours? If you want to request access to a Confluence, you should try to identify the actual administrators of that instance. :)
