I had an account that requires me to do the 6 digit pin in order to login into the account to access the billing and payments
However due to some itchy hand, I accidentally deleted the Microsoft Authenticator that is meant for the Atlassian in the Authenticator app.
Now I have created a new account and I am not able to access the necessary billing and payments.
1) How can I restore the account on the Microsoft Authenticator app.
2) My account has been temporary suspended and remove of access.
Can anyone assist or the admin can assist me in restoring the account

You would need to use the emergency recovery key you created when you set up two steps verification. https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/two-step-verification-976161185.html
If that does not work you can contact Atlassian Support for specific steps.
