how to recover auto saved doc

Hello, I recently worked on a doc on confluence. last draft saved was early in the 1;29am today.

when I logged back, the system crashed. I opened chrome and try to edit the page. i clicked on resume edit but but all my recently change was lost. I tried Recently worked on tab, but it show last week copy. Is there any other way to recover ?
