Hi Venkat,

You have a couple of options. If you are using a third party identity provider there are a lot of options in the Atlassian Marketplace, like SAML Single Sign On (SSO) for Confluence

To use Atlassian Crowd with a custom application as described in Integrating Crowd with a Custom Application then you will need to create your own Crowd client for your application, using the Crowd REST APIs. Please see Creating a Crowd Client for your Custom Application.

You can customise applications to do SSO, but if you wish to use the SSO that Crowd provides, you will need to make the application use Crowd.  Ann's last link in her answer covers that.
