how to export Confluence space to separate XML files to third party translators

Can anybody help me? great thanks.

If exported to XML files, after translation, import these translated XML files, can they show well? such as French, German languages?

We have yet to test this out and couldn't guarantee if it would work. Do you plan to have each Confluence space translated to a different language? If you wish to translate page content, this document might help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=345637421
