how to download all files from all spaces in my account

Hi, i'm using Confluence Cloud and i need to download all files and attachments from all spaces in my account. Is there an easy and fast way to do it?

Easy and fast, no, but it's not that hard.  If you are a Confluence admin, you can perform a backup of the instance. If you actually want to be able to do anything with the attachments, you have a problem, however.  Confluence obfuscates the filenames and locations on disk, so you won't just have an archive with a bunch of human readable files in it.
