how to add link to a directory, not to a specific file.

What is the wiki markup to be used in the first field of the dialog screen "Insert link / advanced" that would add a link to a file directory (folder) that is not uploaded to Confluence, such as "testfolder" on another company server.

How are you serving up your directories as URI/URLs?
