how to I add a pop-up dialog box

I have applied a work flow template but I'm wanting this to be more of an interactive workflow chart. How can I add a pop-up dialog box?

Yes, I am talking about Confluence. I started a Workflow Chart on a Confluence page and am hoping to be able to make it interactive where you click on a box in the flowchart and it provides you with greater detail/explanation (like you can in Lucidchart)
