how do i get access to add attachment

i couldnt add attachment to the confluence page, pls guide me how do i get access

Hi @Sindhu Kota 
Go to your space -> Space settings -> Space Access -> User/Group -> Edit permission and add attachment permission

In that case, please contact your Confluence admin to grant the required permissions
