how do I tell if my table is inside a page layout?

Trying to utilize the Sticky table headers in view mode, but can't tell if my table is inside a page layout which is preventing the header row (row 1) from sticking while scrolling down the table page.

Hi Buck!

You can tell if your content is in a page layout by whether or not there are dotted lines around the content in the editor or when viewing the page source (ellipsis > View source).

For example, here are the contents of a page without a page layout, viewed in the editor:

...and here are the contents of that same page with a page layout, viewed in the editor (notice the dotted line border):
