should this be a new serial number given by you ?

Your license key can be found from my.atlassian.com. I think this is what you're referring to when you say you need a serial number.
For more details have a look at Viewing and Updating Your Product Licenses Details under Locate, copy, and enter your license key.
There is no license that I can see that is associated with your email address, but I can tell you the SEN you provided is currently valid through 01 Jan 2020. You will need to ask the primary billing contact for your company to login and obtain the license key for you.
