Hi
Some users have posted their comments on the wrong page - how do I move a comment to another page
I am sorry to say Confluence does not have a "move comment". The closest you can get is "copy and paste the comment on to the right page, then delete the one that is in the wrong place".
I would also like to look at why people are commenting on the wrong pages, but that is not what you're asking about, and it's probably a conversation for your organisation to have about where and how you write stuff.
Thanks
How annoying!!!
The reason they are on the "wrong" page is we have implemented a system in our world-wide industry association system where the audience at a conference can post comments to a page about the particular conference topic ... but despite lots of "don't post on this page" messages, on the conference home page, they inevitably do !!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I would restrict the page so that they cannot comment directly.

But the point is to say for example there are two pages, both of which are open fr comments - they just happen to post the comment on the wrong page
