I'm not too familiar with SAFe myself, but it seems that best practices for SAFe are surrounding a project development approach, rather than documentation writing, which is what Confluence is meant for.

After reviewing our recommendation for Jira Align, and the best practices linked above, could you let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like to know or do with Confluence that could help your team to achieve this?
