Couple of options:

1. Use css/javascript - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Hide+Elements+in+Confluence+Using+CSS+or+JavaScript

2. use available plugins - http://www.adaptavist.com/display/Plugins/2011/08/19/Show+the+right+things+to+the+right+people!+Confluence+plugins+to+set+the+visibility+of+elements+in+your+themes+and+pages
