When i try to add one document this file show duplicated in macro 1(Proyecto 1) and macro 2 (Proyecto 2)

Yes, that looks correct to me.  You seem to have put the attachments macro on the same page twice.  As it lists attachments on the page, I'd expect to see what you are seeing there.
