highlighting requirement in confluence to create issue. Issue is created but jira tag not on page

I tried to follow the steps exactly here:

When I rollover a line in my table i'm able to create the requirements successfully. But nothing is inserted on the text I rolled over. I expected it to show the Jira ticket status live.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hello @Le_Zhang

Are you creating multiple Jira issues at once? If so, there is an active bug known to Atlassian regarding this problem. My suggestion would be to try to create Jira issues one by one as this may still work. 

As you seem to be affected please vote and comment on the bug regarding your reproduction steps as this will help Atlassian support to triage the bug.
