frevvo form not working in Chrome

Hello,

we are using different frevvo forms. They work okay in IE and Firefox, but in Chrome none of them does. When I try to open a form, it shows a message...

"Initializing form
Please wait..."

...and keeps trying to load the form but never does.

Anyone any idea what that is or if it can be fixed?

We are using Atlassian Confluence 4.3.7, Windows 7, 64-bit

you probably need v5.1.1 patch8
