fresh installation issue

Hi there,
I've been installing Confluence Server (LTS) version on my Ubuntu Server 18.04
the server is fresh, no previous installations have been made

I'm following the basic requirements as mentioned in your website
The error appears at some point after the database set up (PostgreSQL)
I got the error log if it can help

Thanks!  The errors you're seeing could be any one (or several) of a range of problems.

does not immediately sound like the right doc, as the errors are not quite what it starts with, but these are related.  The errors you are seeing are 99% of the time, thrown by something that this page talks about.
