We recently migrated Jira to the cloud and users are having issues with Excel macro because it is displaying only 2 parameters: page name and file name. How can I change the settings so it will display other parameters?

These are the only parameters that can be displayed. Have a look at Office Excel Macro for more details.
Can you let me know exactly what kind of parameters you were looking to display?
