When I tried to add JIRA number into a confluence. we can see error rendering macro "jira" java.lang.NullpointerException

Can this be solved

If this is Cloud, you will need to raise this with Atlassian support over at http://support.atlassian.com/contact

If it is on a Server/DC install, then you should read the logs to see what is going wrong.
