Thank you Jacob for the screenshot, this is something that needs attention from Atlassian support team for troubleshooting, so I would suggest asking your admin to raise a support ticket with Atlassian, if this is not resolving on its own and occurring again.

In this case, creating a ticket is the best option, because the community is public, so even if atlassian team can check the information, they can't share it here because it is private information.
