editor goes blank for few pages in confluence 6.6.7

We have several confluence pages which are blank when we try to edit them. Each of these pages have pivot table inserted in the page. All other pages are rendered properly in the editor. Catalina.out does not show any error. atlassian-confluence.log has the following error:

[confluence.impl.vcache.SynchronousExternalCache] lambda$get$11 Failed to read entry from cache 'com.atlassian.bandana.BandanaPersister': Failed due to UNCLASSIFIED_FAILURE

Hi there, Vaani.

While the error that you are seeing is similar to the issue reported in Can not edit Conflunce Page, I would like to understand better the details of the log entry in atlassian-confluence.log. Can you provide more details on that please?

Additionally, can you please go through the details of your system information to confirm if it caters to the standard requirements listed in the Server Hardware Requirements Guide as well?
