doesn't have access to igtbworks.atlassian.net

When I access https://igtbworks.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/xxxx I got exception “You email address doesn't have access to igtbworks.atlassian.net “. Any idea?

Did you maybe use the wrong account? Log out on id.atlassian.com and try again. Clear your browsers cache too just to be sure. :)

If you still fail to access your confluence recheck with one of your Confluence/Jira admins.

If you are the admin, and the only admin, try reaching out to atlassian via support.atlassian.com/contact
