die confluence app läßt sich nicht installieren. Es gab scheinbar eine alte Installation die nicht mehr existiert und ein erneutes installieren verhindert.

Is this on a paid or a free plan that you are seeing this? And is it for Confluence itself or a marketplace app?

What you are seeing is usually the result of a trial you previously did that later expired without an activation. In that case, it may indeed happen that Atlassian's purchasing system blocks a new install, to avoid abuse.

If you are on a paid plan, raise a support request to Atlassian Support directly (you need an admin for your site to do this). If you are on a free plan, please indicate that here. We'll see if we can pull in support for you in that case.

es funktioniert jetzt...

- unsere Site konnte erst nicht aufgerufen werden und auch nicht beim Support genutzt werden, da sie angeblich nicht existieren würde

- ich habe die Jira App hinzugefügt. Danach war unsere Site verfügbar und ich konnte auch Confluence App hinzufügen
