good afternoon. we no longer use your service on this account, how can I return the last charge from 12.01 and remove the payment card ?

Contact billing on https://support.atlassian.com/contact and ask.  You will only get refunds if you are within the first 30 days of purchase - beyond that, you contracted to pay for the service you have been using.
