Hi,
I want to create a nice FAQ web portal for anonymous customers (based on pages/articles from Confluence cloud), but struggle to find how-to it.
I can allow users to access/read -only some confluence pages, but the look'n'feel is way too busy (with the left-side menu etc ..). Is there a way / add-on (similar to Viewport for Confluence server ??) to simply publish nice read-only web pages from confluence sources ?
I found a way with Jira service desk (customer can read rather nice KB pages, coming from Confluence), but I can't disable the "service request/tickets" to have a simple FAQ portal without any request/ticket capabilities.
Thanks for your help

Hello Mark and welcome to the Community,
Setting up Confluence to be an external facing knowledge base is an excellent use of the tool. Some of the steps you need to take to allow for anonymous access are Setting Up Public Access on Confluence Cloud. This documentation will cover enabling anonymous access:
Enable anonymous access
If you want to make your site visible to everyone, including people who haven't logged in, you must enable anonymous access at the site level.
To enable anonymous access:
Once you have anonymous access enabled you can then allow those users to start accessing spaces by adjusting permissions. This is covered in, How to give non Confluence users access to a Space.
As far as adjusting the look and feel of the Confluence interface, there are multiple add-ons available in the marketplace to change the theme of Confluence. You can find more here at Marketplace Theme search.
This should give you a good start to find what is going to fit your needs best.
