create file list keeps on waiting upon press create button

In confluence, when I create a file list, after entering the details in the fields, when I press create button, it keeps on waiting and list is not created.

From my understanding, when using the File List Blueprint when you click Create File List you are running into the issue. Is that correct?

Can you tell me what version of Confluence you are running? If you are on Server, please also check your Confluence Server Logs and let me know what errors you see there when you replicate the issue.
