confluence server issue

I have installed two confluence with different URL's in same server with different port numbers . will it be a conflict in any way for getting this type of errors 

"This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin."  any help regarding this will be very helpful.

Assuming both Confluences are version 6+, then no, but:

You say you changed the ports for (at least one of them), so that the two Confluences run on different ports.  Did you also change the ports for their Synchrony systems?
