confluence send batched notifications job missing

Just found that in our current install of Confluence 5.8.14 the scheduled job 'Send Batched Notifications' is missing.

Could it be that because we migrated from 4.4 to 5.4 to 5.8.14 this feature did not get into our instance?

Is it possible to add the job manually?
