confluence python-api get attachment creation date and creator

How do I get the creator of an attachment and the creation date using confluence REST api?

I saw already this:

but this question is already 6 years old. Since then, this should have been possible. Unfortunately I didn't find anything, either in the atlassian community or on the documentation.
