confluence page updated but not showing in ALL update option

Thanks for posting and welcome the the community.

I am not sure which browser you are using as you have not mentioned in the description.

I think there is an open issue for IE10,11 - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-41445. Are you facing this same issue? Please check this work around mentioned.

Could you please accept the answer if it solves your query else respond and allow others to share input.
