confluence page font setting

On the page you can't. You need to edit either the global or space stylesheet (CSS). The docs are here: Styling Confluence with CSS.

Typically, I create a custom stylesheet for each client to style their Confluence instance more in keeping with their corporate branding.

You can change local style by creating a user macro to wrap you content in either CSS class or inline CSS.
