Hi,

 

I have imported data to my new server, and i am unable to login in to it.

 

Please suggest.

Hi @Basha

You need to log in with your Confluence Internal directory user at the first time then you can sync up the LDAP/AD.

Depending on the directories and their order used before there might be problems...

The best is to check the order of the directories (as it will take the first directory the user is found in) and check in which one your user exists.

a) Internal directory ... it must work – otherwise you need to raise a support ticket at Atlassian.

b) Other directory ... it should work if your new server can access the directory – usually firewall rules or missing certificates in your trust store (handshake exceptions in the log?) will indicate this. After being able to connect it should work after restart.

c) If none of above applies, the article linked by @Yogesh Mude is a good resource.
