confluence license issue

We just purchased a license for confluence and have installed the panel

what ever we tried we keep getting this message

We're unable to confirm that JIRA license

This license is invalid. Please double-check that you have entered it correctly, and contact Support if the issue continues

We use centos7

And we can't figure out why it's not working , the license was purchased today.

I suspect you've installed Jira, not Confluence. The error message and default port both suggest Jira.

A Confluence Licence won't work for Jira!
