[confluence] [fix request] Ctrl+Shift+V should past text without formatting in Confluence editor

Now this shortcut is mapped on "no action". Which means that even browsers who supports that "past without formatting" features gets hijhacked and do nothing instead (it's the case for Chrome).

Please fix this :)

Hello Colin, currently that combination of keys is assigned to a different operation within Confluence, you may post your concerns to the ticket(CONF-28229) where we are tracking this change in the application, also adding your concerns to it.
