confluence backup

we have setup automatic xml back up in confluence with attachments. when the scheduled job is completed when the backup file will be placed in backup directory. is it immediate or at any specified time.

The scheduler runs the export using memory and temporary files, when the export is complete, the finished file is copied to the backup directory and the temporary files discarded.

hi Nic,

I see the schedule status as complete. but still the file is in temp directory and not moved to backup directory.

is there any issue on this. please help

You'll need to read the log file to find out where the problem is.
