configure export footer at space level

Hello,

We would like to add a Copyright footer on all export (PDF and Word) for some Space only.

I was able to achieve this with the PDF Export style and the exportword.vm template.

But those settings are global and apply to all Spaces.

Is there any way to add a footer to all document exports base on the Space ?

Hi Julien,

To set PDF export at a space level, this can be done following these instructions:

• Customize Exports to PDF > Setting the PDF layout at space level

Note if you modified the Global PDF export earlier, that's why it would apply to all spaces.

Word export customization was raised as a feature request, but we do not currently have plans to implement this:

• CONFSERVER-8889 Abililty to customise Word Export

Otherwise, the workaround you used will affect the whole site.

There are a few add-ons that could help you customize the Word exports as you require. Have a look below.
